రాత పరీక్ష ఎలా?
పరీక్ష వ్యవధి 2 గంటలు. మల్టిపుల్ ఛాయిస్ ప్రశ్న లతో ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ విధానంలో ఉంటుంది. ఓఎంఆర్ షీట్ మీద సమాధానాలను గుర్తించాలి. రాత పరీక్షలో ఓసీ, ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్, ఎక్స్-సర్వీస్ మెన్ అభ్యర్థులు 40 శాతం కనీసార్హత మార్కులను సాధించాలి. ఈ మార్కులు బీసీలకు 35 శాతం, ఎస్సీ/ ఎస్టీ, పీహెచ్ అభ్యర్థులకు 30 శాతం. రాత పరీక్షను హైదరాబాద్ జీహెచ్ఎంసీ, వరంగల్ జీడబ్లూఎంసీ పరిధిలోని వివిధ కేంద్రాల్లో నిర్వహిస్తారు.
ప్రశ్నపత్రం తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లిష్ భాషల్లో ఉంటుంది. దీంట్లో మూడు సెక్షన్లు ఉంటాయి. సెక్షన్-ఎలో న్యూమ రికల్ ఎబిలిటీ అండ్ లాజికల్ రీజనింగ్ 40 ప్రశ్నలు (40 మార్కులు). సెక్షన్-బిలో కంప్యూటర్ అవేర్నెస్కు చెందిన 20 ప్రశ్నలు (20 మార్కులు). సెక్షన్-సిలో ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజ్ ప్రొఫిషియన్సీ అండ్ జనరల్ నాలెడ్జ్ 20 ప్రశ్నలు (20 మార్కులు) ఉంటాయి.
* సెక్షన్-ఎలోని న్యూమరికల్ ఎబిలిటీలో.. ఇండి నెస్, రేషియోస్, ప్రపోర్షన్స్, ప్రాఫిట్ అండ్ లాస్, మెన్సురేషన్, ఆల్జీబ్రా, జామెట్రీ అండ్ స్టాటిస్టిక్స్ ఉంటాయి. ఇవేకా కుండా లాజికల్ రీజనింగ్ అండ్ డెసిషన్ మేకింగ్ అండ్ ప్రాబ్లమ్ సాల్వింగ్ అంశాల నుంచి ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. * సెక్షన్-బి కంప్యూటర్ అవేర్నెస్లో.. ఎంఎస్-ఆఫీస్, బేసిక్ కాన్సెప్ట్ ఆఫ్ కంప్యూటర్స్, కంప్యూటర్ అప్లికేషన్స్ అండ్ స్కిల్స్, అకౌంట్స్ రిలేటెడ్ సాఫ్ట్వేర్ అంశాలు ఉంటాయి.
• సెక్షన్-సిలో ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజ్ ప్రొఫిషియెన్సీ, కాంప్రహెన్షన్ పాసేజెస్ అండ్ రీ అరేంజ్మెంట్ ఆఫ్ సెంటెన్సెస్, సిననిమ్స్ అండ్ యాంటనిమ్స్ ఉంటాయి.
* జనరల్ నాలెడ్జ్ భాగంగా.. కరెంట్ అఫైర్స్, కన్సూమర్ రిలేషన్స్, జనరల్ సైన్స్ ఇన్ ఎవ్రిడే లైఫ్, ఎన్విరాన్మెంటల్ ఇష్యూస్ అండ్ డిజాస్టర్ మేనేజ్ మెంట్, హిస్టరీ, జాగ్రఫీ, ఎకానమీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా, తెలం గాణ, తెలంగాణ చరిత్ర, ఉద్యమం, తెలంగాణ సమాజం, సంస్కృతి, వారసత్వ సంపద, కళలు, సాహత్యం.. మొదలైన అంశాల నుంచి ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి.
* ప్రశ్నపత్రం 80 మార్కులకు, ఇన్ సర్వీస్ వెయిటేజి మార్కులు 20 ఉంటాయి. ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటన జారీ నాటికి టీఎస్ ట్రాన్స్కో/ టీ ఎస్ఎస్ పీడీసీఎల్/ టీఎస్ఎన్ఎ్పడీసీ ఎల్ పనిచేస్తున్నవారికి వెయిటేజీ మార్కులు ఉంటాయి. ఆరునెలకు 1 మార్కు చొప్పున ఇస్తారు. రాత పరీక్షలో సాధించిన మార్కులకు వీటిని కలుపుతారు. ఆరు నెలల కంటే తక్కువ సర్వీసు ఉన్నవారికి వెయిటేజీ మార్కుల నియమం వర్తించదు.
వివిధ కేటగిరీలకు చెందిన అభ్యర్థులకు ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం రిజర్వేషన్లు వర్తిస్తాయి. ఈడబ్ల్యూ ఎస్లకు 10 శాతం, బీసీలకు 25 శాతం, ఎస్సీలకు 15 శాతం, ఎస్టీలకు 10 శాతం, పీహెచ్లకు 4 శాతం, ఎక్స్-సర్వీస్మన్కు 2 శాతం, మహిళలకు 33 1/3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు వర్తిస్తాయి.
ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు రెండేళ్ల కాలానికి ట్రైనింగ్ కమ్ ప్రొబేషన్ ఉంటుంది. విధుల్లో చేరే సమయంలో ఎస్ఎస్సీ, డిగ్రీ, క్యాస్ట్ అండ్ స్టడీ / రెసిడెన్స్ ఒరిజినల్ సర్టిఫికెట్లను సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఉద్యోగంలో చేరే సమయంలో ఐదేళ్లకు (ప్రొబేషను అదనంగా) బాండ్ రాయాలి.
