The downloaded Application shall be filled in by the Candidates, duly enclosing the required copies of certificates along with DD of Rs.200/-( in Favor Of District Medical & Health Officer, Medchal-Malkajgiri District) and shall be submitted in O/o DM&HO, F1, IDOC, Anthaipally, Medchal-Malkajgiri District within the stipulated time mentioned.
